Reaching final design of the residential area took careful evaluation and research. The final plan consists of 36 different residential models, varying in design and size. The residences range from 131m2 to 1271m2 to meet every client’s preferences.
The residences begin from the second floor and go to the twenty- ninth floor. To ensure privacy, every residential unit has its own entrance, reception and lobby.
The project consists of ten towers, with three elevators for each to reduce usage and traffic. The elevators are equipped with the latest in terms of safety and technology.
